But all I keep hearing about Formula E is how it's going to force companies to improve batteries, charge times and develop the ability to do quick swaps of batteries.

Watching now and really looking forward to it. I hope the series catches on and brings racing to more audiences.
Also would be a nice bonus if they threaten to steal some of F1's thunder and force some needed changes. Competition is always good. :)
